“The European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation - is working towards the expansion of
Air Traffic Control capacity to cope with the accelerating growth of air traffic in Europe, while
maintaining a high level of safety, reducing costs and respecting the environment.
EUROCONTROL wished to conclude a Service contract for the maintenance and extension of the
Business Intelligence portfolio including: (1) Data warehouse applications developed with
INFORMATICA ; (2) Business Intelligence universes and reports developed with BUSINESS OBJECTS.
The Agency was looking for a certified (partner of both software vendors) Service Provider
who could assume the support and the maintenance of these applications and perform additional
developments to cope with functional changes.

vision of what a maintenance service contract should be (3) methodology that combines strong
Project Management processes, a driving attitude but still a flexible approach on the field.
